Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a clear and easy return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience. Please read through our policy below for detailed information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or promotional materials.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or order confirmation) must be provided.

Exceptions: Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, are non-returnable. Please check product descriptions for any exclusions before making a purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase at info@vogueciteino.com or call us at (941) 474-4436 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the return package.

  4. Ship the item to the following address:

    Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • Full Refund: If the return meets all requirements (unused, in original packaging, etc.), you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Partial Refund: If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a full refund or replacement. To expedite this process, please provide photos of the damage or defect in your email.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@vogueciteino.com or (941) 474-4436. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item following our return policy.
